ACE WAX RETURNS POLICY
Goods may be returned for a full refund up to 14 days from receiving your delivery. Please note we do not offer free returns, delivery and return carriage will not be refunded on goods ordered in error, or goods that are no longer required.
If you wish to return your goods please contact us by email with details of your item and reason for return.
If your items were ordered is error and you contact us on the same day we may be able to issue a refund provided the goods have not been despatched already. If this is the case then you will need to wait until we have received the shipped items back before a refund will be issued.
All refunds will be issued back to the original payment provider.
If you receive your items and they are damaged please contact us within 24 hours from receiving your items and a member of our team will either arrange for a replacement to be sent or a refund issued and we will arrange for the faulty items to be collected. Goods received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition must be returned to us at the customer’s expense for inspection
If there are obvious signs of damage to the outer packaging when the delivery driver hands the parcel over to you then simply refuse the delivery. Please make us aware by email or telephone and we will re-send the items out to you.
